A seasoned producer of quality shows and films across genres and platforms, Lalit has been crafting his expertise for over 20 years in the Indian media industry. Starting with Channel [ v ], producing edgy and award winning shows and promos, Lalit moved on to develop and produce the biggest shows on Indian television like Roadies, Splitsvilla and Masterchef. His first venture in short film production 'Juice' starring Shefali Shah won a Filmfare for Best Short Film. He continues to explore genre bending content from feature films to webseries.

Creative Producer - Scripted

Over the past 16 years, Amey has assisted in the production of such commercially and critically acclaimed films as Happy Phir Bhag Jayegi, Raat Akeli Hai, Sharmaji Namkeen & Cobalt Blue. From breaking down a script, scheduling it, managing the crew & executing the production to see the script take shape; Amey is now deeply involved in scouting scripts and technicians to make the right projects happen as a Creative Producer.

Creative Producer - Scripted

Since 2005, Aditi Banerjee has worked as a director, writer, producer, and a teacher. Her work has been telecast on National Geographic, Discovery Channel, Al Jazeera and Fox, and has won awards in India and abroad. Her crowdfunded mini-series Love at Fifth Floor is available on Hotstar. She was a part of the Writers INK Screenwriting Lab 2022-23.

Creative Producer - Unscripted / Scripted Reality

With a career spanning over two decades, Vikrant Bhardwaj has created successful, long-running show formats for various global platforms. He has worked as a creative lead on international formats like MasterChef, been a showrunner on originals like MTV Roadies, MTV Hustle and Splitsvilla, and as the head of unscripted content at Colosceum, has worked closely with networks and platforms like Viacom, Star, Snapchat and VOOT.

Director - Producer - Scripted / Unscripted

Vikram Rai has helmed several successful TV shows and web series. As a producer, his work includes the investigative series Anjaan: Special Crimes Unit, the family sitcom Metro Park, and Kar Gayi Chul, a black comedy for Eros Now and Apple TV+. He has also directed award-winning shows like Gumrah, Yeh Hai Aashiqui, Delhi Darlings and most recently, the investigative thriller Murder in Agonda for Amazon miniTV.

Executive Producer - Production

For more than 15 years, Megha Mathur has produced non-fiction content for television and OTT platforms such as History TV18, The Quint and Times Network (Digital). Over the last three years, her focus has been on genres like investigative journalism, documentary and scripted reality. She applies everything she learns from her toddler (joy, patience and multi-tasking) to her work.

Head of Production

Jitendra Singh has more than 13 years of work experience in the entertainment and broadcast industry. His MBA background and on-ground expertise have helped him develop wide-ranging skills that cover all aspects of media production and operations, for both scripted and unscripted projects.

Jayesh is a Chartered Accountant and Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with over 23 years of experience in the Media and Entertainment sector. He has held finance leadership positions in organizations like GroupM, Endemol and HistoryTV18.
