A seasoned producer of quality shows and films across genres and platforms, Lalit has been crafting his expertise for over 20 years in the Indian media industry. Starting with Channel [ v ], producing edgy and award winning shows and promos, Lalit moved on to develop and produce the biggest shows on Indian television like Roadies, Splitsvilla and Masterchef. His first venture in short film production 'Juice' starring Shefali Shah won a Filmfare for Best Short Film. He continues to explore genre bending content from feature films to webseries.

Content Lead – Unscripted

With over 20 years of experience, Vivek’s work spans feature films, television and branded content. From writing and directing films for Yash Raj Films to serving as Head of Content at MTV India and VP at, The 120 Media Collective, he has consistently shaped large-scale storytelling in India. He has created iconic formats including MTV Roadies, MTV Stunt Mania and Splitsvilla, and played a key role in bringing Coke Studio to India. At YRF, he led a dedicated brand partnerships division, directing acclaimed properties such as A Man’s World and Six Pack Band.

Content Head Scripted - OTT / TV

Pooja is a versatile fiction storyteller with nearly two decades of experience across the Indian media landscape. From long-form programming to premium scripted series, she has developed and delivered content for leading platforms including JioHotstar, ZEE5, Applause Entertainment, Luv Films and Voot. Her time at TV Today Network sharpened her instinct for narratives rooted in the country’s social pulse. Her writer-director debut short film BOL garnered over eight million views online. She continues to craft character-driven, emotionally resonant stories across theatrical, streaming and television platforms.

Creative Producer - Unscripted / Scripted Reality

With a career spanning over two decades, Vikrant Bhardwaj has created successful, long-running show formats for various global platforms. He has worked as a creative lead on international formats like MasterChef, been a showrunner on originals like MTV Roadies, MTV Hustle and Splitsvilla, and as the head of unscripted content at Colosceum, has worked closely with networks and platforms like Viacom, Star, Snapchat and VOOT.

CFO

Jayesh is a Chartered Accountant and Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with over 23 years of experience in the Media and Entertainment sector. He has held finance leadership positions in organizations like GroupM, Endemol and HistoryTV18.

Head of Production

Jitendra Singh has more than 13 years of work experience in the entertainment and broadcast industry. Jitu has worked as the head of production for the shows Phone Swap India (2021), MTV Hustle Season 1 (2019), MTV Roadies (2010-2022) and MTV Splitsvilla (2008- 2022). His MBA background and on-ground expertise have helped him develop wide-ranging skills that cover all aspects of media production and operations, for both scripted and unscripted projects.
